We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of downloadable software, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

- The software was not delivered or downloaded successfully.
- The software is defective or not as described.
- The software has not been activated or used.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- The software has been already activated (a license key was requested and issued).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with your system or device.
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of purchase. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
